Canadian Premiere Screening: Showtime’s New Original Series, Kidding

Content Canada is thrilled to present a screening of the premiere of Showtime's new original series, Kidding.


CCKidding centres around Jeff, aka Mr. Pickles, played by Golden Globe® winner Jim Carrey in his first series regular role in more than two decades. The story follows Jeff, an icon of children’s television, as he faces a slow leak of sanity when his beloved family begins to implode, which is as hilarious as it is heartbreaking to watch. The series also stars Oscar, Emmy® and Golden Globe nominee Frank Langella (Frost/Nixon), Judy Greer (Married) and Oscar, Emmy and Golden Globe nominee Catherine Keener (Get Out).

Presented in partnership with CraveTV, Content Canada is proud to feature an exclusive screening of Kidding, followed by an exciting Q&A with Judy Greer, who stars as Jeff's estranged wife in the series, along with creator, executive producer and showrunner Dave Holstein (WEEDS).

Content Canada 2018 takes place during TIFF, with TIFF as an event collaborator.

The day will be focused on exploring the evolving business of television and celebrating exceptional content.
