Content Canada and Rocket Forum are thrilled to announce that Phil Breman, Head of Live Action Series Development at Mattel, will be featured in a Keynote Interview at the September event.
The influential and driving force behind adapting Mattel properties for both scripted and unscripted series, Breman’s creative vision includes innovative, strategic, and engaging brand integrations and collaborations.
Notably, and in conjunction with the release of Mattel’s juggernaut “Barbie” movie, Breman recently launched “Barbie Dreamhouse Challenge” on HGTV, demonstrating what’s possible when you reimagine existing IP in cutting-edge and exciting new ways.
An industry veteran, Breman oversaw live-action scripted development at Disney before moving to NBCUniversal where he managed the creative for several high-profile scripted comedy and drama series including “Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt” and “Will & Grace”. Now at Mattel, he leads development of all scripted and unscripted series.
“We are delighted to welcome Phil Breman to Content Canada and Rocket Forum this year to be featured in a Keynote Interview”, said Ferne Cohen, Content Canada’s Executive Director. “We strive to give our delegates access to the top executives and creative minds in the industry, so we’re honoured that Phil will join us to share his experience, expertise, and views on the evolving content industry.”
