Ava Mustos is Associate Director of Acquisitions at global film and TV studio FIFTH SEASON. She is focused on seeking out and securing best-in-category unscripted and scripted content for FIFTH SEASON’s global TV Distribution slate and financing projects at all stages of production. Ava is focused on identifying breakthrough content and forging value-creating partnerships with industry-leading creators, producers, and IP owners. Prior to FIFTH SEASON, Ava was at BBC Studios for 7 years where she managed scripted acquisition for the distribution slate. Originally from Toronto, Canada, Ava worked at Bell Media prior to moving to London in 2011 and has a decade of experience in acquisitions, co-productions, and content strategy.
