Winder is the CEO/EP/Founder of Wind Sun Sky Entertainment, a Vancouver-based multimedia
production company known for creating captivating story worlds for diverse audiences. With a
focus on blending technology and storytelling, she pioneers innovative entertainment
experiences. As co-creator of Future Chicken, she leads a ground-breaking multi-platform digital
universe empowering children to address climate concerns.
In children’s entertainment, WSS adapts popular properties like the Roblox game Twilight
Daycare into innovative scripted series produced within the Roblox platform. She created Camp
Bonkers, another multi-platform property encompassing a Roblox game, app, and variety show.
WSS also produced the first-ever live interactive animated show, My Singing Monsters
Fandemonium, based on the musical mobile game.
Winder recently served as Executive Producer of the adult comedy animated series Psi Cops for
Adult Swim Canada. Notably, she adapted the Invincible comic book into a hit animated series
for Amazon Prime and continues to act as Executive Producer and transformed the graphic
novel Super Dinosaur into an animated series, toy line, and game. Winder’s involvement also
extended to the global phenomenon The Angry Birds Movie and its sequel, having adapted the
popular Angry Birds game for the big screen. As former President/Executive Producer of
Rainmaker Entertainment, she produced Escape from Planet Earth.
Other influential roles include Executive Producer for Lucasfilm Animation, developing and
producing Star Wars: The Clone Wars. As Senior Vice President at Fox Feature Animation, she
oversaw the establishment of Blue Sky Studios and contributed to the Oscar®-nominated film
Ice Age. Winder also served as Vice President at HBO Original Programming.
Winder is a member of the Academy of Motion Pictures Arts and Sciences, the Academy of
Television Arts and Sciences, and has served on the national board of the Canadian Media
Producers Association since 2019. She is also a co-author of the industry handbook Producing
Animation.
