Erik Barmack has worked in television production, distribution and digital media development for 25+ years. In 2019, he founded Wild Sheep Content, a production and packaging company that has more than 16 projects greenlit/produced across 9+ global partners over its first 3 years of operation.Previously, he has served in a variety of senior executive roles at Netflix focusing on the production and distribution of international content, with oversight over multi-billion dollar budgets and large, international teams, which made shows such as THE WITCHER, CASA DE PAPEL, KINGDOM, and SACRED GAMES. In addition, Erik created the original anime initiative at Netflix. In his 8+ years at Netflix, he also served as Vice President, Head of International Originals.MediaPro, a top producer and distributor in Europe, has also invested in Wild Sheep Content and is a key distribution partner on several projects.Most recently, Erik founded the website AI In Hollywood (aiinhollywood.com) to provide a one-stop shop for AI news for members of the entertainment industry.
