Harry Gamsu is the Vice President of Creative, Format Development, and Sales at Warner Bros. Film and Television Production. In this role, Harry bridges the gap between WBITVP’s international unit and Warner Bros.’ US television production powerhouses, including Warner Horizon, Telepictures, Shed, and WBTV Scripted. Based in Los Angeles, Harry evaluates new and existing formats and programming within the Warner Bros. Production Group for both domestic and international markets.
Previously, Harry served as Vice President of Non-Scripted Content Acquisitions at Fremantle, where he led the US Content Acquisition team. He managed and financed a multi-million-dollar slate of in-house and external unscripted content, spanning factual and entertainment series. Notable titles under his management included the Emmy-nominated film How it Feels to be Free, the Sundance documentary Kim’s Video, Project Runway, and the Disney+ original Last of the Giants.
Before his tenure at Fremantle, Harry was the VP of Non-Scripted at Red Arrow Studios. There, he sourced unscripted IP for group producers and oversaw the rollout of formats such as Married at First Sight, Old People’s Home for 4 Year Olds, and Buying Blind.
Harry began his career at London-based indie producer Shed Media after graduating from the University of Cambridge. He later joined WBITVP to help acquire new formats.
His industry accolades include being named a Real-screen ‘Factual Under 40’, a Broadcast Magazine ‘Hot Shot’, and an Edinburgh TV Fest ‘One to Watch’.
