With over 25 years’ experience in kids and family brands, Julien Borde is President of Mediawan Kids & Family. Previously he was Managing Director of Mediawan Animation.
Until 2018, he was Head of Kids and General Entertainment Channels at WarnerMedia for France, French-speaking territories and Africa. Between 2005 and 2015, he created France Télévisions Kids department at and established it as the leader of the European animation industry. He was appointed Secretary-General of France 3 in 2012, then Head of Digital Programming with responsibility for AVOD/TVOD/SVOD. He started his career at Disney in 1997, where he remained until 2005, as Deputy Director then Executive Director for Programmes and Production at Disney Channels France.
