Raja is the Co-Founder of Dark Slope, a virtual production and gaming company operating at the collision of spatial technologies and entertainment. Dark Slope’s virtual production capabilities power productions with the latest in LED volume production, generative AI workflows, motion capture, game-engine world building, real-time FX and animation, real time interactive sets, and 3D asset creation. The company’s gaming division develops awe-inspiring location-based experiences for live events, theme parks and entertainment centres worldwide, while also producing at-home VR games. Raja is the former CEO, Television & Digital, for Blue Ant Media Inc. where he oversaw the company’s growth from inception to becoming a global producer, distributor, digital network operator and broadcaster. Previously, Raja was the co-founder of QuickPlay Media, a mobile technology company enabling TV-everywhere capabilities for global telecom companies (acquired by AT&T). Raja is active on the boards of the Canadian Film Centre, The Bentway, FortyTwo Communities and Lumeto, his company using spatial technology to revolutionize training in healthcare. Raja lives in Toronto with his partner, their two kids, Ozzy the almost-lab, and Lovely Louis, his favourite guitar.
