Steve Read – EVP – Head of Studio
Steve Read has been active in the film and television industry since 1997, bringing expertise in both creative and technical production to global markets. In 2020, he established the international division of Versatile Media, a Vancouver studio leading in ‘virtual production’ technologies. He co-founded the multiple Emmy-nominated One Animation in 2008 and played a key role in projects like the Oscar-winning Happy Feet. Steve also spent several years at Softimage, where he contributed to the development of 3D animation software.
